Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented individual to join our finance team as an Admin Finance – Penanggung Jawab Kas dan Pengelolaan Keuangan. This position is the backbone of our credit‑offering process, responsible for both the day‑to‑day cash management and the evaluation of prospective borrowers. The role operates Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and provides a unique opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of financial operations within a fast‑growing micro‑finance environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive credit offers to customers who apply for financing, ensuring clear communication of terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules.
- Perform on‑site eligibility surveys and financial assessments of loan applicants to verify income stability, credit history, and collateral availability.
- Maintain accurate cash registers (kas) and oversee daily cash flow, including receipt of payments, disbursement of loan funds, and reconciliation of bank statements.
- Prepare and submit regular financial reports, including cash position summaries, outstanding loan balances, and variance analyses for senior management review.
- Coordinate with the underwriting team to flag high‑risk applications and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person meetings, providing prompt and courteous service while documenting all interactions in the CRM system.
- Assist in the preparation of internal audit documentation and support external auditors during periodic reviews.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements to streamline credit evaluation and cash handling procedures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and anti‑money‑laundering (AML) guidelines.
- Utilize standard communication tools and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, email platforms, and messaging apps) to facilitate efficient workflow.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
