As we continue to expand our e‑commerce footprint, we are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Online Fashion Store Administrator to join our team in the Lippo Karawaci area. This full‑time position offers the chance to work in a fast‑moving retail environment, directly supporting sales operations, customer service, and inventory management.
Responsibilities
- Process daily sales transactions by accurately entering order data into the system.
- Print and affix shipping labels, ensuring that address information matches the order details.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media platforms, providing product information and order status updates.
- Follow up with customers to confirm receipt of goods, handle post‑sale issues, and encourage repeat purchases.
- Verify product quantities and types against purchase orders to prevent fulfillment errors.
- Assist with order picking and packing when volume peaks, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Generate routine reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction metrics using Microsoft Excel.
- Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to coordinate promotional campaigns and special shipments.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, such as streamlining label printing or automating data entry tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer data and adhere to company policies regarding data protection.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 20‑27 years old.
- Gender: Female candidates only.
- Computer proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Availability: Ready to start immediately after successful interview and able to work full‑time.
- Work schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 09:00 – 17:00.
