Introduction

Responsibilities

  • Proactively promote Adira Finance’s suite of financing products to existing customers and prospect new clients across the Nusa Dua region.
  • Generate sales orders through the company’s distribution channels, capturing accurate initial data and performing thorough verification of customer documentation.
  • Prepare and submit complete credit applications, ensuring all required paperwork complies with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor the progress of each credit application, maintaining regular contact with dealers and customers to provide timely updates on approval status.
  • Communicate credit decisions clearly, detailing repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional information required by the customer.
  • Maintain a detailed sales pipeline, regularly updating the CRM system with customer interactions, follow‑up actions, and forecasted revenue.
  • Collaborate closely with the underwriting team to resolve any issues that may arise during the credit assessment process.
  • Conduct post‑sale follow‑ups to ensure customer satisfaction, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for cross‑selling additional financial products.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, sharing market insights, challenges, and best practices with the broader team.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; candidates with relevant higher education are preferred.
  • Age limit: 34 years or younger.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a similar sales or credit‑related role; fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships.
  • High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Own a reliable motor vehicle and possess a valid Indonesian driving licence (SIM A/C).
  • Strong understanding of B2C sales management, customer‑oriented selling techniques, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools such as CRM software, Microsoft Office, and mobile communication platforms.
