Responsibilities
- Promote and market vehicle financing solutions directly to customers and via outbound telephone campaigns.
- Manage and nurture existing distribution channels, including dealer partnerships, agent networks, and digital platforms.
- Conduct thorough consumer surveys to assess creditworthiness, financing needs, and satisfaction levels.
- Prepare customized financing proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals in line with branch targets.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, track leads, and generate regular performance reports for management.
- Collaborate with the credit and underwriting teams to ensure smooth application processing and timely disbursement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to provide actionable insights.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events to continuously improve product knowledge.
- Uphold Adira Finance’s brand standards, ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer trust at every touchpoint.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (all majors accepted).
- Age: Maximum 34 years.
- Gender: Female candidates only.
- Work Experience: At least 1 year in vehicle financing, automotive sales, or a related multifinance role (new graduates are welcome but will be considered a plus if they have internship exposure).
- Core Skills:
- Sales management and target‑driven mindset.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- High level of integrity, diligence, and honesty.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.

- Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
