We are seeking a motivated Analis Kesehatan Masyarakat dan Kebijakan Publik to join our dynamic public‑health team. Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze health data from hospitals, clinics, and community surveys using statistical software and Excel.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and policy briefs that translate complex data into actionable insights for senior decision‑makers.
- Monitor public‑health indicators such as disease incidence, vaccination coverage, and environmental health risks.
- Assist in the design and evaluation of public‑health programs, ensuring alignment with national health regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including clinicians, health educators, and government officials—to coordinate data collection efforts and share findings.
- Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of methodologies, data sources, and analytical procedures to ensure reproducibility and compliance with ethical standards.
- Provide technical support for the use of Microsoft Word and Excel, creating templates, dashboards, and visualizations that aid in decision‑making.
- Participate in regular team meetings, contribute ideas for process improvements, and support peers in achieving project milestones.

Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Public Health, Health Science, or a related field; D3 Analis Kesehatan is also acceptable.
- Age limit: 30 years or younger.
- Gender: Female candidates are preferred for this position.
- Active STR‑ATLM (Surat Tanda Registrasi – Analis Teknik Laboratorium Medis) certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to develop spreadsheets, pivot tables, and basic data visualizations.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to interpret statistical results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- High level of personal integrity, honesty, and responsibility.
