Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers, guiding them through product selections and answering inquiries.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including shelf stocking, product displays, and promotional signage.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and communicate replenishment needs to the store manager.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, ensuring the store is secure and ready for operation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets, share best practices, and support a cooperative work atmosphere.
- Address customer complaints or issues promptly, escalating to management when necessary while maintaining professionalism.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and other retail technology efficiently.
- Adhere to company policies on health, safety, and loss‑prevention, especially during high‑traffic periods.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand initiatives.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
