Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee‑based beverages, adhering to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation, including regular cleaning of equipment, countertops, and seating areas.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, pastries, and other consumables; report low stock levels to the manager.
- Provide friendly, prompt, and accurate service to every customer, handling orders, payments, and any special requests with professionalism.
- Educate customers about coffee origins, brewing methods, and menu options, creating an engaging and informative experience.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations during peak hours.
- Follow all health, safety, and food‑handling regulations, including proper storage and temperature control.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, such as cash reconciliation, equipment shut‑down, and securing the premises.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve service speed, product quality, and overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 26 years old.
- Experience: Prior barista or hospitality experience is a plus, but candidates without experience who demonstrate strong motivation are also encouraged to apply.
- Personal qualities: Disciplined, reliable, and eager to work as part of a team.
- Appearance: Presentable and well‑groomed, reflecting a love for personal care and the brand’s image.
- Availability: Full‑time, 8‑hour shifts, Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Essential skills: Basic knowledge of coffee preparation, ability to follow recipes, good communication, and a positive attitude toward customers.
