Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Staff QC – Pengawasan Kualitas Produk to join our production team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that every product leaving our facility meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. As part of a dynamic manufacturing environment, you will work closely with production supervisors, engineers, and the quality assurance department to identify defects, implement corrective actions, and continuously improve processes.

Responsibilities
- Conduct systematic inspections of raw materials, work‑in‑process, and finished goods according to established quality standards and SOPs.
- Document inspection results accurately using checklists, digital forms, and reporting tools, ensuring traceability for all batches.
- Identify non‑conformities, record defects, and promptly communicate findings to production supervisors and the QA team.
- Participate in root‑cause analysis meetings, providing on‑site observations and recommending corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Operate and calibrate basic measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and visual inspection aids.
- Assist in the development and revision of inspection procedures, work instructions, and quality checklists.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements that reduce waste and improve product consistency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and ensuring that all tools are stored correctly.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including production, engineering, and logistics, to ensure smooth hand‑offs and timely resolution of quality issues.
- Participate in shift handover meetings, providing clear updates on quality status, pending issues, and action items.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 20 years or older.
- Gender: Female (Perempuan) candidates are encouraged to apply.
- At least 0‑1 year of experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Willingness to work on a rotating shift system (including weekends).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Personal attributes: honesty, meticulousness, active mindset, creativity, friendliness, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating self‑discipline and initiative.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and report generation.
