Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential borrowers through door‑to‑door visits, community events, and local networks.
- Conduct thorough household economic assessments to determine eligibility for Amartha’s micro‑loan programs.
- Gather, verify, and analyze required documentation in line with internal financing policies and regulatory standards.
- Prepare detailed feasibility reports and present recommendations to the Credit Committee for loan approval.
- Facilitate weekly follow‑up meetings with existing members, monitoring loan utilization and repayment performance.
- Provide on‑site guidance and financial literacy coaching to help borrowers manage cash flow, budgeting, and business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions using Amartha’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
- Collaborate with regional managers and cross‑functional teams to align field activities with broader business objectives.
- Represent Amartha with professionalism, fostering trust and credibility within the local community.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- Both male and female candidates are welcome.
- Own a reliable motorcycle for daily travel across the Pacitan area.
- Strong personal integrity, honesty, meticulousness, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working independently in a field environment.
- Willingness to be stationed wherever the business needs dictate, with flexibility for occasional travel.
