Introduction

Adira Finance is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer to join our expanding team in the Namlea region. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth across Papua, Central & Northern Sulawesi, and Maluku by promoting our suite of financial products to both existing and new customers. As a front‑line representative of Adira Finance, you will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through our credit solutions, ensuring seamless application processes, and fostering long‑term relationships that underpin our market leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively market and sell Adira Finance’s products—including consumer loans, vehicle financing, and micro‑credit solutions—to existing customers and prospective leads.
  • Identify and secure orders from distribution channels, conduct initial data collection, and verify the accuracy of customer information.
  • Prepare and complete all required documentation for credit applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor the progress of each credit application, providing timely updates to dealers and customers regarding approval status.
  • Communicate payment schedules, due dates, and any additional information that customers need to fulfill their obligations.
  • Maintain a detailed pipeline of prospects, regularly reporting sales forecasts and performance metrics to regional management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to tailor promotional campaigns that resonate with local market needs.
  • Conduct post‑sale follow‑ups to assess customer satisfaction and uncover cross‑selling opportunities.
  • Adhere to ethical sales practices, uphold the company’s integrity standards, and protect confidential client data.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (any field of study). Fresh graduates are welcome, though a diploma in business, finance, or related disciplines is advantageous.
  • Age: 30 years or younger.
  • At least 1 year of experience in B2C sales, preferably within the financial services or automotive financing sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
  • High level of integrity, perseverance, meticulousness, and honesty.
  • Own reliable transportation and a valid active SIM A/C.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sales pipelines, meet targets, and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools.
