Introduction
Amartha, a leading fintech micro‑finance platform in Indonesia, is seeking enthusiastic Business Partner Staff for its field operations in Bandung Barat (Point Cililin). Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new potential borrowers, presenting Amartha’s micro‑loan products and guiding them through the enrollment process.
- Conduct on‑site economic assistance and financial literacy sessions for household members, helping them manage cash flow, savings, and repayment plans.
- Perform detailed surveys and feasibility analyses of loan applications, ensuring compliance with Amartha’s underwriting policies, risk standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate field records, submit daily activity reports, and update the digital CRM system with client information and assessment results.
- Execute collection activities, including friendly reminder calls and visits, while preserving respectful relationships with borrowers.
- Collaborate with internal credit officers and product teams to relay market insights, common challenges, and opportunities for product improvement.
- Participate in community events, local market visits, and stakeholder meetings to strengthen Amartha’s brand presence and build trust within the target area.
- Ensure the safe handling and confidentiality of all client data, adhering to data‑protection policies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age between 18 and 30 years (maximum 33 years accepted for experienced candidates).
- Open to all genders; female candidates are especially encouraged.
- Own a reliable motorbike or car to travel to various field locations daily.
- Strong integrity, honesty, attention to detail, and disciplined work ethic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Resilience and toughness to work independently in diverse and sometimes challenging field conditions.
- Basic digital literacy: comfortable using smartphones, mobile apps, and web‑based reporting tools.
- Prior experience in sales, community outreach, or micro‑finance is a plus, but fresh graduates are also welcome.
