Introduction
The Crew Kitchen position is based in the vibrant district of Babakan, Bogor, and offers an exciting entry‑level opportunity for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about food preparation and kitchen operations. As a key member of our culinary team, you will support daily food production, maintain high standards of hygiene, and ensure that every dish leaving the kitchen meets our strict quality and safety protocols. Responsibilities
- Prepare all food ingredients according to the menu requirements, including washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning.
- Assist chefs and line cooks during the cooking process, following standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each dish.
- Assemble and present orders quickly and neatly, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for both dine‑in and take‑away customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, regularly sanitizing surfaces, cutting boards, and equipment.
- Wash, dry, and store all cooking utensils, pots, pans, and serving dishes in accordance with health‑code regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels, label and rotate stock, and report any shortages to the kitchen supervisor.
- Support fellow kitchen staff during peak periods, helping with prep, plating, and expediting as needed.
- Adhere strictly to food safety standards, including proper temperature controls, cross‑contamination prevention, and personal hygiene practices.
- Participate in regular kitchen briefings, contribute ideas for workflow improvements, and demonstrate a proactive attitude toward continuous learning.
- Assist with basic equipment operation, such as slicers, mixers, and small cooking appliances, following manufacturer guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only; age between 18 and 32 years.
- No prior experience required – fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong initiative, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Residence within a 30‑minute commute to the Babakan site.
- Basic skills in operating a cash register, food and beverage service, and traditional cooking techniques.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a willingness to assist colleagues.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, from 06:00 onward.
