Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum education: Associate degree (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (D4) in Culinary Arts, Pastry & Baking, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a pastry or bakery environment, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent time‑management and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Gender: Female (per company policy) – candidates must be comfortable working in a predominantly female kitchen environment.
- Age limit: Maximum 35 years.
- Creative flair for cake design, chocolate work, sugar art, and modern dessert plating.
- Proficiency in cost control, inventory management, and menu engineering.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
