Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the Palembang area through door‑to‑door canvassing, telephone outreach, and digital lead generation.
- Present and demonstrate internet‑related services and solutions, tailoring the pitch to meet the specific needs of residential and small‑business customers.
- Negotiate contracts, close sales, and achieve or exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using the company’s CRM system.
- Provide post‑sale support, ensuring smooth onboarding, troubleshooting initial connectivity issues, and fostering long‑term customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with marketing, technical support, and product development teams to relay market feedback and help refine service offerings.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecast demand, and suggest strategic adjustments based on field observations.
- Participate in weekly training sessions and product knowledge workshops to stay current with industry trends and new service packages.
- Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and local regulations while working on the field.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in Management, Communication, Public Relations, Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications, Marketing, International Relations, Business, or Development Economics with a GPA of at least 3.0.
- Age: 30 years or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in technology, telecommunications, or internet services.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts in simple terms.
- Professional appearance and confident demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Self‑motivation, resilience, and the ability to work independently in a field setting.
- Basic proficiency with mobile devices, tablets, and CRM tools; familiarity with internet service packages is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as the role follows a Monday‑to‑Sunday schedule.
