Responsibilities
- Prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with Golqi Chicken’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain a welcoming and professional demeanor, fostering positive relationships with each guest.
- Serve meals with consistent quality, ensuring presentation and temperature meet company guidelines.
- Monitor and uphold the cleanliness and organization of the outlet, including dining areas, kitchen workstations, and storage zones.
- Assist in inventory checks, restocking supplies, and reporting any shortages to the outlet manager.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, handle cash transactions, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Participate in regular training sessions on food safety, hygiene, and customer service best practices.
- Work collaboratively with fellow crew members and supervisors to achieve daily operational targets.
- Adhere to shift schedules, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, as required by the outlet’s staffing plan.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18–26 years old.
