We are seeking a motivated and energetic Officer Marketing and Verification (MVO) to join our dynamic team in Tugumulyo. This role is pivotal in building strong relationships with dealers and customers, promoting a diverse portfolio of products, and conducting thorough feasibility analyses for prospective clients. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with third‑party partners, including dealers and end‑customers, to enhance brand visibility and loyalty.
- Identify, present, and sell multiple products across various market segments, tailoring proposals to meet specific client needs.
- Conduct detailed market surveys and feasibility studies to assess the suitability and potential profitability of new customers.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to senior management.
- Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and community outreach programs to expand the company’s market footprint.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and verification documents in the company’s CRM system.
- Continuously seek opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling to maximize revenue streams.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and ethical guidelines in all marketing and verification activities.
Requirements
- Maximum age: 28 years.
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or S1 from any field of study.
- Preferably prior experience in sales or marketing, though fresh graduates with strong motivation are welcome.
- Demonstrated ability to work towards and exceed sales targets.
- Dynamic, proactive, and highly communicative personality.
- Own a reliable motorcycle and hold a valid SIM C (motorcycle driving license).
- Strong analytical skills for conducting customer feasibility surveys.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
