DW Canvaser Lex is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to serve as the Penanggung Jawab Area Medan. This position plays a critical role in expanding our talent pipeline for courier operations across the Medan region. As the primary point of contact for offline candidate sourcing, you will combine recruitment expertise with on‑the‑ground canvassing to attract qualified individuals who are eager to join our growing logistics network.
Responsibilities
- Conduct offline candidate searches throughout designated neighborhoods, markets, and community hubs to identify potential courier partners.
- Distribute promotional flyers and informational material at strategic locations, ensuring brand visibility and clear communication of job benefits.
- Engage prospects in face‑to‑face conversations, clearly explaining job responsibilities, performance expectations, and growth opportunities.
- Capture candidate information accurately in the company’s recruitment system, maintaining up‑to‑date records of interested and qualified individuals.
- Collaborate closely with the central recruitment team to align local canvassing efforts with broader hiring goals and timelines.
- Provide regular field reports on candidate outreach metrics, feedback, and any market insights that could improve future recruitment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all local labor regulations and DW Canvaser policies while representing the company professionally in public spaces.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, sales canvassing, or a related field; prior experience in team recruitment is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Active SIM C driver’s license and personal vehicle (mandatory for daily travel to canvassing sites).
- Willingness to be stationed in the Medan area for the duration of employment.
- Strong adaptability, self‑motivation, and the capacity to work independently under minimal supervision.
