  • Negotiate terms, close sales, and ensure accurate completion of all application paperwork and regulatory documentation.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of leads using a CRM system, updating client records, and tracking follow‑up activities.
  • Provide post‑sale support, including policy reviews, amendments, renewal processing, and assistance with claim submissions.
  • Stay current with industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes through continuous training and professional development.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and marketing teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth objectives of the branch.
  • Represent the company at community events, seminars, and corporate presentations to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or bachelor degree) – preferably in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Age: 20‑35 years (maximum 35 years).
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in insurance, banking, or sales environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and negotiate persuasively with diverse client profiles.
  • Strong analytical skills, especially in assessing financial needs and matching appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Professional appearance and a client‑focused demeanor.
