Responsibilities
- Operate the Sistem Manajemen Toko to process sales transactions, update inventory levels, and generate daily reports.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, provide recommendations, and ensure a friendly, courteous shopping experience.
- Maintain the sales floor by organizing merchandise, restocking shelves, and performing regular visual merchandising checks.
- Conduct opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, reconciliation, and securing the store premises.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to receive deliveries, verify shipment accuracy, and record incoming stock.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or potential loss incidents to management promptly.
- Participate in periodic inventory counts and support loss‑prevention initiatives.
- Provide basic administrative support such as filing, copying identification documents (FC KTP), and updating employee logs.
- Attend weekly team meetings to discuss sales targets, customer feedback, and improvement opportunities.
- Uphold company policies on safety, hygiene, and workplace conduct, ensuring a clean and secure environment for staff and patrons.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18 – 26 years old; unmarried status preferred to align with shift flexibility.
- Gender: Open to all genders; the position specifically requires one male and one female candidate.
- Residency: Preference given to applicants who reside in or near Ngawi.
- Experience: No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Documentation: Valid government‑issued ID (KTP) with a clear photocopy submitted during application.
