Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and customer‑focused Beauty Advisor to join our vibrant team at the Pejaten Village flagship location in Lokasari. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about beauty, wellness, and delivering personalized experiences that turn first‑time visitors into loyal clients. The successful candidate will work Monday through Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and will enjoy a competitive compensation package that rewards both performance and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and attract new customers for a wide range of beauty and wellness treatments, including skincare, makeup, and fitness‑related services.
- Build and nurture relationships through consistent follow‑up, leveraging existing networking channels, social media, and in‑store events.
- Conduct thorough, consultative sessions to understand client needs, recommend appropriate treatments, and address any concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by upselling complementary services, retail products, and promotional packages.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly sales reports, tracking key performance indicators such as conversion rates, average ticket value, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with the broader salon and wellness team to ensure seamless service delivery, share best practices, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to sharpen both soft skills (communication, conflict resolution) and hard skills (product knowledge, treatment techniques).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment that reflects the high standards of the Pejaten Village brand.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a diploma or degree in a related field is a plus.
- At least 1 year of proven sales or customer‑service experience; preferably 4 years in the beauty, fitness, or makeup industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections gracefully.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or surpass sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate reporting and appointment management.
- Positive attitude, high level of self‑motivation, and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Open to being based at our Lokasari location and able to commute reliably.
