The Officer Komunitas position is based in Cirebon, Jawa Barat, and focuses on empowering low‑income women through financial inclusion and entrepreneurship support. As a community liaison, you will serve as the trusted bridge between the organization and the women you serve, delivering hands‑on guidance, financial literacy training, and access to group financing solutions. Responsibilities
- Visit and build strong relationships with women‑entrepreneurs in designated districts, assessing their business needs and providing ongoing mentorship.
- Conduct group workshops and one‑on‑one sessions on basic financial management, budgeting, disciplined savings, and effective use of credit.
- Facilitate group‑based micro‑financing without collateral, ensuring that loan disbursement, repayment schedules, and monitoring are transparent and timely.
- Listen actively to client concerns, propose tailored solutions, and coordinate with internal loan officers to resolve any repayment or service issues.
- Collect and document client data, progress reports, and success stories to support impact measurement and continuous program improvement.
- Collaborate with local NGOs, community leaders, and government agencies to align program activities with broader regional development initiatives.
- Promote the organization’s brand and mission within the community, encouraging participation in future programs and referrals.
Requirements
- Female candidates only, aged 18‑33 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3 or S1 graduates are highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; enjoys networking and meeting diverse individuals.
- Demonstrated adaptability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in field settings.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and data entry.
- Willingness to travel locally and spend time in community hubs, including staying in provided Wisma/Mess facilities when necessary.
