The role of Kepala Cabang Andong – Boyolali is a senior branch‑level leadership position within a fast‑growing financial services organization. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between the head office and the local market, driving product awareness, managing a small team of loan officers and administrative staff, and ensuring that branch performance consistently meets or exceeds the established Service Level Agreements (SLA). Responsibilities
- Conduct surveys and lead product‑socialisation activities at the kecamatan (sub‑district) and desa (village) levels to generate new business opportunities.
- Coordinate and confirm meeting schedules with local groups (kumpulan), ensuring all appointments align with the branch’s strategic plan.
- Monitor, evaluate, and coach the performance of Account Officers (AO), administrative personnel, and cashiers on a regular basis.
- Provide daily forecasts of loan disbursement volumes, partner counts, and financing needs to senior management, adhering strictly to the agreed SLA.
- Perform periodic field visits to all registered kumpulan to verify compliance, collect feedback, and identify improvement areas.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly branch reports that include financial results, operational metrics, and risk assessments.
- Lead weekly branch meetings to review performance, discuss challenges, and develop action plans for the upcoming week.
- Maintain accurate cash flow records and ensure all transactions comply with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Foster strong relationships with local authorities, community leaders, and partner institutions to enhance the branch’s reputation.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (any major).
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- Gender: Open to all.
- At least 2 years of experience in banking, micro‑finance, or related financial services.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team‑lead experience, demonstrating effective people‑management skills.
- Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication, high discipline, and unwavering integrity.
- Proficiency in data acquisition, debt collection processes, and strategic decision‑making.
- Valid motorbike (Sepeda motor) and a SIM C driver’s license for field visits.
- Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional travel to remote locations.
