Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our fast‑growing vape distribution network in Kota Bogor. This role is pivotal for expanding our market presence, nurturing relationships with retail partners, and driving revenue growth across the region. The ideal candidate will combine a proven track record in sales with a deep understanding of the vaping industry, while demonstrating the professionalism and persistence needed to meet ambitious targets.
Responsibilities
- Visit existing vape shops and distributors on a daily basis to assess stock levels, gather market intelligence, and identify upselling opportunities.
- Prospect new retail locations, negotiate placement agreements, and onboard them as active sellers of our product portfolio.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with store owners, managers, and key decision‑makers through regular communication, product training, and promotional support.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets by implementing strategic sales plans, running in‑store promotions, and leveraging seasonal demand cycles.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecast data, and market feedback to the regional sales manager on a weekly basis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute brand activation events, product launches, and sampling programs that drive foot traffic.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and regulatory changes affecting the vape market, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations related to the sale and distribution of vaping products, including age verification procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in field sales, preferably within the tobacco, vaping, or consumer electronics sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new accounts and grow existing ones.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑oriented mindset and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in using mobile CRM tools and Microsoft Office for reporting.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional travel to out‑of‑town locations.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and a passion for staying current with industry trends.
