Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Staf Keamanan dan Pengawasan Aset to join our growing team. Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned premises, including warehouses, offices, and outdoor areas, to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
- Conduct regular inspections of security equipment such as CCTV systems, alarms, and access control devices, reporting any malfunctions promptly.
- Enforce company policies and local regulations by managing entry and exit points, checking identification, and maintaining visitor logs.
- Respond quickly and effectively to security incidents, emergencies, or alarms, documenting events in detailed incident reports.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of asset inventories, perform periodic audits, and flag discrepancies for further investigation.
- Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly security reports for management review.
- Provide basic first‑aid assistance and support evacuation procedures during fire drills or actual emergencies.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with security best practices and evolving threats.
- Promote a culture of safety by communicating security awareness tips to staff and visitors.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Preferably holds a recognized security certification or has prior experience as a security officer.
- Basic administrative skills for record‑keeping and report writing.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions during emergencies.
