We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Koordinator Produksi Kue Industri to join our fast‑growing bakery manufacturing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our daily production schedule meets both quality standards and customer demand while maintaining a safe, efficient, and creative work environment. Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities for a variety of bakery and cake items, ensuring adherence to the established production timetable.
- Allocate resources—including manpower, raw materials, and equipment—to meet order volumes while minimizing waste.
- Collaborate closely with the recipe development team to translate new product designs into scalable manufacturing processes.
- Supervise a team of bakers, line workers, and packaging staff, providing on‑the‑job coaching, performance feedback, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP, ISO 22000) and internal quality control procedures.
- Conduct regular equipment checks, coordinate preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot any mechanical issues that could affect production flow.
- Prepare daily production reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as yield, downtime, and order fulfillment rate, and present insights to senior management.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing techniques and waste‑reduction programs.
- Ensure that all finished products are packaged, labeled, and stored according to company standards and client specifications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for urgent customer orders, adjusting schedules and resources to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Food Science, Business Management, or a related field.
- Maximum age: 40 years.
- Relevant experience: At least 1‑2 years in a bakery or confectionery production environment; experience in a supervisory or coordination role is highly preferred.
- Technical knowledge of industrial baking equipment, mixing systems, and temperature control processes.
- Strong creativity and practical experience in cake decoration and product innovation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead diverse teams across multiple shifts.
- Demonstrated reliability, responsibility, and a “juju” attitude—meaning a proactive, can‑do mindset.
- Flexibility to work according to production schedules, including potential overtime or weekend shifts to meet peak demand.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, ERP or production planning software) for reporting and scheduling.
