As a Kurir Motor, you will become an essential link in our last‑mile delivery chain, ensuring parcels reach customers quickly, safely, and with a smile. Responsibilities
- Pick up parcels from the J&T warehouse or partner drop‑off points and deliver them to residential, commercial, and business addresses throughout Lamongan.
- Verify package contents and recipient details using the J&T mobile app, confirming successful delivery with a digital signature or photo.
- Plan optimal routes each day, utilizing navigation tools and real‑time traffic updates to meet the 08:00‑17:00 delivery window.
- Maintain a clean and well‑maintained motorcycle, performing routine checks on fuel, tire pressure, and safety equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating proactively with recipients, handling inquiries, and resolving minor delivery issues on the spot.
- Report any incidents, damaged goods, or system discrepancies to the regional supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and J&T safety protocols, including wearing a helmet and reflective gear at all times.
- Assist in occasional special‑project deliveries such as bulk shipments, time‑sensitive documents, or promotional items.
Requirements
- Male candidates only (as per current operational policy).
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM) and national identity card (KTP).
- Own a reliable motorcycle in good working condition.
- Own a smartphone (Android) with at least 3 GB RAM to run the J&T delivery application.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact politely with customers.
- Basic numeracy and the ability to read addresses and package labels accurately.
- Flexibility to work six days a week, Monday through Saturday, with the possibility of occasional overtime during peak periods.
- Commitment to punctuality, honesty, and a high level of personal responsibility.
