Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to assigned neighborhoods, businesses, and households to gather quantitative and qualitative data according to project specifications.
- Verify and validate information by cross‑checking documents, conducting interviews, and using handheld devices or mobile applications.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, including GPS routes, time stamps, and any challenges encountered on the ground.
- Report findings promptly to the regional supervisor, highlighting any anomalies or trends that may affect data quality.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company ethical standards while handling sensitive information.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues with data collection tools and provide feedback for process improvements.
- Collaborate with other field officers to coordinate coverage, share best practices, and achieve collective targets.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on industry regulations, credit law basics, and advanced data collection techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18 – 55 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of experience in field collection, credit collection, or a similar role.
- Possession of a valid, active SIM C and ownership of a motorcycle for daily travel.
- Strong knowledge of the local Magelang area, including neighborhoods, commercial zones, and transportation routes.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to build rapport quickly, and a professional attitude when dealing with the public.
- Quick adaptability to new tools, software, and changing project requirements.
- Basic understanding of credit law (Hukum Kredit) is a plus.
- Willingness to work on‑site from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
