Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Manajer Cabang Group Lending Secang to lead our micro‑finance branch in the heart of the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our product reach, building strong relationships with local communities, and driving the performance of a dedicated team of loan officers and field staff. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive surveys and lead product‑knowledge sessions across sub‑districts (kecamatan) and villages to promote our lending solutions.
- Coordinate and secure meeting schedules with local community groups, ensuring all gatherings comply with company policies and local regulations.
- Monitor, coach, and evaluate the performance of branch staff, providing daily feedback and actionable improvement plans.
- Provide senior management with accurate daily forecasts on loan disbursements, partner counts, and financing needs, adhering to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Perform periodic field monitoring of all registered collection groups, verifying compliance and identifying growth opportunities.
- Prepare and submit detailed monthly branch performance reports, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
- Lead weekly branch meetings to review results, address operational issues, and set targets for the upcoming week.
- Develop and implement local marketing initiatives that align with the broader corporate strategy, driving both brand awareness and loan acquisition.
- Collaborate with the credit risk team to ensure loan applications meet underwriting standards and mitigate potential defaults.
- Maintain a safe and disciplined work environment, fostering a culture of honesty, transparency, and continuous learning.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; any major is acceptable.
- Age: 35 years or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 2 years of experience in micro‑finance, small‑business lending, or related banking services.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team‑lead experience, demonstrating strong leadership and people‑management skills.
- Proven ability to conduct community outreach, negotiate with local groups, and close loan deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly disciplined, honest, and results‑oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and ownership of a motorcycle for field visits.
- Core competencies: administrative acumen, data acquisition, debt collection processes, strategic leadership, and effective team management.
