Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Sales Akuisisi Merchant EDC to join our dynamic team in Kabupaten Barito Selatan. In this role you will be the front‑line ambassador for our electronic data capture (EDC) solutions, helping micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) adopt modern payment technology. Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive canvassing of UMKM within the assigned territory, presenting the benefits of our EDC machines.
- Achieve a daily sales target of 2‑3 new merchant units by identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and closing deals.
- Perform product demonstrations on‑site, explaining transaction security, cost‑efficiency, and integration with existing POS systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, providing post‑sale support and addressing any technical or service inquiries.
- Prepare and submit daily activity reports, sales forecasts, and market feedback to the regional sales manager.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to coordinate promotional events and ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment.
- Utilize sales analysis tools to track performance metrics, identify trends, and propose actionable improvements.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company policies while traveling throughout the region on a two‑wheel vehicle.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Open to all candidates (male or female).
- Age: No maximum age limit; applicants should be physically capable of field work.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in financial services, technology, or retail equipment.
- Valid SIM C driver’s license and ownership of a reliable two‑wheel vehicle.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in simple terms.
- Analytical mindset: proficiency with sales analysis tools and the ability to interpret data for strategic decision‑making.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
