Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project timelines and workflow schedules for multiple client initiatives.
- Coordinate daily tasks and monitor the performance of internal teams, including designers, copywriters, developers, and media specialists.
- Conduct thorough quality control checks before final deliverables are sent to clients, guaranteeing alignment with brand guidelines and project briefs.
- Manage revision cycles, negotiate scope changes, and uphold professional, proactive communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare comprehensive budgets (RAB), progress reports, and post‑project evaluation documents for internal review and client presentation.
- Ensure all milestones are met according to the agreed‑upon schedule, while adhering to the agency’s quality standards and client expectations.
- Identify and mitigate risks early, providing actionable solutions to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate regular status meetings, capture meeting minutes, and distribute clear action items to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher (D4/Bachelor) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience managing digital marketing or agency‑based projects.
- Solid grasp of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media, content creation, and performance analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to create structured timelines, workflow diagrams, and resource allocation plans.
- Strong leadership experience, with a track record of guiding cross‑functional teams to successful project completion.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—and the ability to maintain professional client relationships.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project.
- Exceptional problem‑solving and critical‑thinking capabilities, especially under tight deadlines.
