Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Akunting dan Perpajakan to join our finance team in Surakarta. This senior role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial reporting, tax compliance, and the smooth operation of our accounting systems. The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented professional with a solid background in accounting, taxation, and financial analysis, who can lead a small team and collaborate across departments to support strategic business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian GAAP.
- Manage the full tax lifecycle, including filing e‑Faktur, e‑SPT, and e‑Bupot, and ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations.
- Coordinate the annual tax audit process and act as the primary liaison with external auditors and tax authorities.
- Develop and maintain robust accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Lead the month‑end and year‑end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate posting of journal entries.
- Supervise and mentor junior accountants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Prepare detailed management reports, cash‑flow forecasts, and variance analyses for senior leadership.
- Implement and optimize financial software tools, with a focus on Cortex, e‑Faktur, and other e‑tax platforms.
- Collaborate with the procurement and operations teams to monitor expense budgets and improve cost efficiencies.
- Stay updated on changes in tax legislation, accounting standards, and best practices, and disseminate knowledge throughout the finance department.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (per company policy).
- Education: Minimum D3/D4, preferably a S1 in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or Banking.
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in finance and accounting, with a strong emphasis on tax reporting.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization).
- Software Proficiency: Experience with financial applications such as Cortex; strong command of e‑Faktur, e‑SPT, and e‑Bupot is highly preferred.
- Certification: Participation in the Brevet Pajak program is a distinct advantage.
- Location: Must reside in Surakarta or surrounding areas to facilitate on‑site collaboration.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal abilities, strong teamwork orientation, analytical mindset, and effective communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 09:00 – 17:00.
