This role is critical for safeguarding the integrity of our Sortation Centers (SOC) and Hub operations, ensuring that every parcel moves through a seamless, compliant, and cost‑effective workflow. Responsibilities
- Conduct routine on‑site inspections at Sortation Centers and Shopee Express Hubs to verify adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety regulations.
- Assess operational compliance against the Standard Assessment Checklist, documenting deviations and identifying root‑cause issues.
- Generate concise inspection reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly cadence, highlighting bottlenecks, risk areas, and cost‑saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—operations, warehouse management, and technology—to develop corrective action plans and monitor their implementation.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order‑processing time, error rates, and inventory accuracy, providing data‑driven insights for senior leadership.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for hub staff to promote best practices in quality assurance and SOP compliance.
- Maintain a mobile audit schedule, traveling across multiple facilities within Malang Regency while adapting to shift‑based work hours.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process redesigns, automation opportunities, and lean‑methodology applications.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or SOP compliance within logistics, supply chain, or e‑commerce environments.
- Strong familiarity with logistics KPIs, metrics, system flows, and the ability to interpret data for actionable insights.
- Comprehensive knowledge of quality‑assurance methodologies and industry standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and coach diverse teams.
- High degree of flexibility, self‑motivation, and the capability to work with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel locally and work shift hours (09:30‑18:30, Monday‑Friday) to perform audits on‑site.
