Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and results‑driven Officer Verifikasi Pemasaran (MVO) to join our dynamic sales team in Poso, Central Sulawesi. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our multi‑product portfolio and potential customers, ensuring that every interaction drives value for both the client and our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a D3/D4 education, be under 28 years of age, and bring at least one year of hands‑on experience in sales or marketing. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with third‑party partners, including dealers and end‑customers, to foster trust and long‑term collaboration.
- Promote and sell a diverse range of products, tailoring pitches to meet the unique needs of each customer segment.
- Conduct thorough feasibility analyses and field surveys to assess the suitability of prospective customers, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Prepare detailed reports on market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance for senior management review.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and product development teams to provide feedback from the field, influencing future product enhancements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Utilize a personal motorcycle and a valid SIM C to travel across the Poso region efficiently, reaching remote dealers and customers.
- Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to stay updated on product knowledge and advanced sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any discipline) or a Bachelor’s degree (S1).
- Age: Not older than 28 years.
- Gender: Male.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey complex product benefits clearly.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or surpass sales quotas.
- Dynamic, adaptable, and highly communicative personality.
- Ownership of a motorcycle and a valid Class C driver’s license (SIM C).
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:30 to 16:30.
