This role is essential for delivering a memorable experience at trade shows, product launches, and promotional events across Indonesia. The position is full‑time, working Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00. Candidates must be female, aged 18‑30, and not currently enrolled in any school or university program. Responsibilities
- Set up and dismantle booth equipment, signage, and promotional materials according to event schedules.
- Greet visitors warmly, provide product information, and answer basic inquiries about promotions.
- Manage the store management system (Sistem Manajemen Toko) to record sales, inventory, and lead data accurately.
- Coordinate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of promotional items.
- Monitor booth cleanliness, safety standards, and ensure all displays remain attractive throughout the event.
- Collect customer feedback, compile daily reports, and relay insights to the event manager.
- Handle cash transactions and process digital payments with integrity and precision.
- Support fellow booth staff by sharing tasks, covering breaks, and maintaining a collaborative atmosphere.
- Assist in post‑event activities such as data entry, follow‑up communications, and inventory restocking.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (per project client specifications).
- Age: 18‑30 years old.
- Availability: Must not be enrolled in any college or school program during employment.
- Personal attributes: Friendly, proactive, responsible, honest, and trustworthy.
- Soft skills: Strong communication, teamwork orientation, ability to work under pressure, and a keen eye for detail.
- Technical skill: Familiarity with basic store management or point‑of‑sale systems is preferred.
- Physical ability: Able to stand for long periods and lift moderate loads (up to 15 kg) for booth setup.
