Introduction
We are seeking a Guru Bahasa Inggris Profesional to join our dynamic secondary school team. This role is ideal for enthusiastic educators who are passionate about empowering high‑school students with strong English language skills, leveraging modern digital tools, and fostering an environment of interactive, communicative learning. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and will be a role model both academically and morally.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging English language curricula that align with national standards and the school’s pedagogical philosophy.
- Create multimedia teaching modules, lesson plans, assessments, and supplementary materials that promote creativity and interactivity.
- Utilize educational technology platforms (e.g., Google Classroom, Zoom, LMS) to facilitate blended and fully digital learning experiences.
- Conduct classroom instruction in both spoken and written English, ensuring clear articulation of concepts and fostering student participation.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate academic records.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, curriculum coordinators, and school leadership to continuously improve instructional strategies and curriculum content.
- Mentor and guide students in extracurricular activities such as debate clubs, English theater, and language competitions.
- Participate in professional development workshops, conferences, and certification programs to stay current with best practices in language teaching.

Requirements
- Education: Minimum a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) with a preference for a Bachelor’s degree in English Education (S1 Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris).
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
- Instructional Skills: Ability to design and deliver communicative, creative, and interactive lessons.
- Digital Literacy: Proficient with IT tools and digital‑based learning environments.
- Personal Qualities: Strong moral character, Islamic personality, and the ability to serve as a role model.
- Communication: Effective interpersonal skills; capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment: Dedicated to the field of education and continuous curriculum development.
- Certificates (Preferred): TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent; however, fresh graduates meeting the other criteria are encouraged to apply.
