Introduction

We are seeking an energetic and customer‑focused Sales Hybrid Specialist Team Lead to join our dynamic retail and e‑commerce team. This full‑time position operates across both physical store environments and online platforms such as TikTok Shop and Shopee Live, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will combine strong interpersonal skills with a creative eye for product presentation, while also demonstrating the ability to lead a small team of sales associates. This role offers a vibrant work schedule from Monday to Sunday, 08:00‑17:00, and provides a platform for rapid career growth in a fast‑moving retail ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and guiding purchase decisions.
  • Design and maintain eye‑catching product displays that align with brand guidelines and seasonal promotions, ensuring optimal shelf visibility.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, perform regular stock counts, and coordinate with the warehouse to replenish merchandise promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor, including regular sanitation of high‑touch areas and compliance with health‑safety standards.
  • Communicate current promotions, discounts, and new product launches to shoppers both in‑store and via digital channels.
  • Leverage e‑commerce and social‑media tools (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, Instagram Shopping) to showcase products, host live sales events, and drive online traffic.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff, fostering a collaborative team environment and ensuring consistent service quality.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback and sales data to recommend merchandising adjustments and promotional strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and visual merchandising teams to align in‑store activities with broader brand initiatives.
  • Adhere to company policies, including punctuality, dress code, and confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Male candidates only, as stipulated by the hiring policy.
  • No minimum years of experience required; fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers both verbally and through written online content.
  • Creative mindset for visual merchandising and the ability to think quickly on one’s feet during live‑stream sales events.
  • High energy level and the capacity to work a seven‑day schedule, including weekends.
  • Proficiency in using e‑commerce platforms and social‑media tools such as TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and basic photo/video editing.
  • Quick adaptation to new technology, product lines, and shifting market trends.
  • Basic numeracy for inventory tracking and cash handling.
  • Team‑lead potential: willingness to take on supervisory responsibilities and coach junior staff.
