Responsibilities
- Perform installation, commissioning, and testing of split, cassette, and standing‑type air‑conditioning units in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local regulations.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance, including cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, inspecting electrical connections, and verifying system pressures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical and electrical faults, utilizing diagnostic tools and schematics to minimize equipment downtime.
- Document all service activities, generate detailed work orders, and update the company’s maintenance management system to ensure accurate record‑keeping.
- Provide on‑site technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and safety awareness.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure the availability of spare parts and consumables, optimizing inventory levels and reducing lead times.
- Adhere strictly to occupational health and safety standards, including the proper handling of refrigerants and the use of personal protective equipment.
- Interact professionally with clients, explaining service findings, recommending upgrades, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in after‑hours emergency call‑outs on a rotating schedule to address urgent breakdowns.
Requirements
- Male candidate, age between 25‑35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in air‑conditioning maintenance or installation, with a solid foundation in basic electrical and mechanical work.
- Valid Indonesian Identity Card (KTP) and latest diploma/certificate.
- Own smartphone, motorbike, and a valid driving licence (SIM) for on‑site travel.
- Demonstrated traits of diligence, honesty, quick responsiveness, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Prefer candidates with hands‑on experience servicing split, cassette, and standing‑type AC units.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime or weekend emergency calls.
