Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Tenaga Teknis Kefarmasian (Pharmacy Technical Staff) to join our healthcare team in Bogor. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safe and efficient handling of pharmaceutical supplies within a hospital environment. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in pharmacy practice, be comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, and demonstrate strong communication and ethical standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, label, and dispense medication according to physician orders while adhering to hospital protocols and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, perform regular stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers to replenish essential pharmaceutical products.
- Assist pharmacists in compounding sterile and non‑sterile preparations, ensuring aseptic technique and compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct medication reconciliation for admitted patients, verifying dosage, frequency, and potential drug interactions.
- Provide education and counseling to nursing staff and patients on proper medication administration and storage.
- Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to generate reports, track usage trends, and present data to senior management.
- Participate in quality‑improvement projects, audit medication dispensing processes, and suggest corrective actions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure pharmacy work environment, following infection‑control and waste‑disposal procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 or D4 in Pharmacy (Farmasi) from an accredited institution.
- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technical Staff (TTK) in a hospital setting is highly preferred.
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to Kota Bogor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; honesty and integrity are essential.

- Ability to manage a full workweek (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional overtime during emergencies.
