Introduction

We are seeking motivated and detail‑oriented individuals to join our Central Kitchen team in West Jakarta. This dynamic operation supports multiple food‑service outlets by preparing, packaging, and managing inventory for a wide range of menu items. Whether you specialize as a Cook, Packer, Grouper, Barista, Inventory Controller, or Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring that every dish leaves the kitchen meeting our high standards of taste, safety, and presentation.

Responsibilities

  • Cook
    • Prepare operational workstations and ensure all equipment is ready for service.
    • Cook menu items according to the specifications outlined in each Purchase Order.
    • Maintain strict cleanliness of cooking areas and all production facilities.
    • Utilize woks and other hot‑kitchen tools safely and efficiently.
  • Packer
    • Package freshly cooked foods for distribution to client locations.
    • Re‑pack dry ingredients directly from vendors, preserving product integrity.
    • Keep the packaging area spotless and organized.
    • Calculate and record production quantities for each SKU.
  • Grouper
    • Receive raw materials and packaging supplies from PPIC and transfer them to the kitchen inventory.
    • Sort, weigh, measure, and group ingredients according to SKU requirements.
    • Complete daily documentation of material usage and conduct daily consumption control (DCC).
    • Assist Packers during peak periods.
  • Barista
    • Set up espresso stations and verify all coffee‑making equipment is functional.
    • Prepare espresso drinks in exact quantities as dictated by the purchase order.
    • Log daily production figures for quality tracking.
    • Maintain a clean and sanitized coffee preparation area.
  • Inventory Control – Central Kitchen
    • Track inbound and outbound movement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
    • Perform daily cycle counts and monthly stock‑takes to ensure inventory accuracy.
    • Create manual stock cards and generate monthly inventory reports.
    • Act as the point‑of‑contact for inbound finished‑goods transfers to the warehouse.
  • Administrative Assistant – Central Kitchen
    • Process Goods Received Notes (GRN) for all kitchen supplies.
    • Enter material consumption and daily production data into the ERP system.
    • Print and apply barcode labels for product identification.
    • Support the coordination of documentation for regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age limit: 35 years or younger.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in the food‑and‑beverage (FnB) sector.
  • Proven ability to work in a hot‑kitchen environment, including experience with wok cooking (for Cook positions).
  • Familiarity with inventory management, packaging processes, or barista duties as applicable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of attention to detail, agility, and personal responsibility.
  • Willingness to work a six‑day week (Monday‑Saturday) with one day off, and to rotate across morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
  • Basic computer literacy for data entry and report generation.
