Kaos Polos Mania, a popular retailer of high‑quality plain T‑shirts, is expanding its presence in the Tambun Selatan region. We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Store Keeper to join our team at the Tambun branch located on Jl. Raya Sumber Jaya. This role is pivotal in delivering an excellent shopping experience, maintaining store presentation, and supporting daily operations. Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a warm, courteous attitude and provide clear, accurate information about products, promotions, and store policies.
- Handle inbound inquiries via telephone and WhatsApp, responding promptly and professionally while guiding customers through purchase decisions.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, processing cash, debit, credit, and digital payments, and ensuring transaction accuracy.
- Maintain an organized sales floor by displaying merchandise attractively, restocking shelves, and conducting regular inventory counts.
- Monitor product cleanliness and presentation standards, promptly addressing any spills, damaged items, or misplaced goods.
- Assist in visual merchandising initiatives, arranging seasonal displays and ensuring brand consistency across the store.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets, contributing ideas for upselling and cross‑selling.
- Support weekly opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation, security checks, and store cleanliness audits.
- Utilize basic internet and social media skills to engage with customers online, promote new arrivals, and share store events.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 25 years or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least one year of experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer‑service role.
- Strong communication skills; ability to speak clearly and listen actively.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications, internet browsing, and social media platforms.
- Professional appearance and personal hygiene; presentable and tidy.
- Honest, dependable, and respectful; not currently enrolled in an academic program.
- Single (unmarried) status preferred, reflecting the company’s current staffing policy.
- Ability to work flexible shift patterns, including both morning and evening schedules.
Benefits
- Base salary: IDR 500,000 per month.
- Performance incentive: IDR 300,000 monthly, tied to sales targets.
- Meal allowance: IDR 70,000 per working day (approximately 25 days/month) totaling IDR 1,750,000.
- Overall compensation package: Approximately IDR 2,550,000 plus additional sales‑target bonuses.
- Two shift options:
- Shift 1: 09:00 – 19:00
- Shift 2: 11:00 – 21:00
- One day off per week, providing regular rest and work‑life balance.
