Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations, offering product recommendations tailored to each client’s skin type, tone, and lifestyle.
- Demonstrate makeup application techniques and skincare routines, helping customers experience the benefits of our product lines.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through proactive upselling and cross‑selling.
- Maintain an immaculate and inviting store presentation by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring promotional materials are up‑to‑date.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, report stock discrepancies, and assist with ordering to keep the product assortment fresh.
- Organize and participate in in‑store events, product launches, and beauty workshops to drive foot traffic and brand loyalty.
- Build lasting relationships with customers by following up on purchases, providing after‑sales support, and managing a client database.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new product releases, and competitor activities to provide accurate information and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and collect customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Adhere to company policies regarding hygiene, safety, and professional appearance, including maintaining the required minimum height and dress code.
Requirements
- Female, maximum age of 30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Height of at least 155 cm.
- At least 1 year of experience in beauty retail, cosmetics sales, or a related customer‑service role.
- Strong passion for skincare, makeup, and current beauty trends.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive marketing skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Flexibility to work the scheduled hours of 08:00 – 17:00, with the possibility of occasional weekend or event‑based shifts.
- Team‑player attitude with a willingness to support colleagues and share product knowledge.
- Basic computer literacy for handling POS systems and maintaining customer records.
