Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and chat messages, addressing inquiries about course offerings, scheduling, and pricing while maintaining a courteous and solution‑focused attitude.
  • Product Promotion: Actively present and upsell our range of tutoring packages, explaining the benefits of each program, tailoring recommendations to the specific needs of each student or parent.
  • Student Support: Provide ongoing assistance to enrolled students, guiding them through registration, payment processes, and course materials, and ensuring a seamless learning experience.
  • Financial Documentation: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, including cash receipts, invoicing, and reconciliation of accounts, using Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
  • Data Management: Accurately input and maintain customer and student records in the company’s CRM system, guaranteeing data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Feedback Loop: Collect and forward customer feedback to the marketing and curriculum development teams, helping to improve service quality and product relevance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, teaching, and administrative staff to coordinate schedules, resolve issues, and achieve collective performance targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in Business, Communication, Education, or a related field.
  • Age: 25 years or younger; must be unmarried as per company policy.
  • Gender: Female candidates only.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for financial reporting.
  • Strong verbal communication and public‑speaking abilities; comfortable presenting to groups of parents and students.
  • Extroverted personality with a genuine enthusiasm for helping others and building relationships.
  • Demonstrated responsibility, integrity, friendliness, and high energy levels.
  • Attention to detail when handling data entry and financial documents.
  • No prior work experience required; fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
