Introduction

We are seeking a diligent and reliable Professional Cleaning Service Officer to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness across our facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for employees, visitors, and clients alike. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to operate cleaning equipment efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks in offices, common areas, restrooms, and specialized zones according to a predefined schedule.
  • Operate and maintain a variety of cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, pressure washers, and polishing machines.
  • Apply appropriate cleaning agents, following safety data sheets and manufacturer guidelines to protect surfaces and health.
  • Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, request replenishment, and ensure proper storage of chemicals.
  • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards observed during cleaning rounds to the supervisor promptly.
  • Assist in deep‑cleaning projects, including carpet extraction, window washing, and post‑event sanitation.
  • Maintain accurate logs of completed tasks, time spent, and any incidents, supporting transparent operational reporting.
  • Collaborate with other facility staff to coordinate cleaning activities around business operations, minimizing disruptions.
  • Uphold company standards of honesty, punctuality, and discipline, serving as a role model for new team members.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months of hands‑on experience in a cleaning service role, preferably in an office or commercial setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate standard cleaning tools and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Strong personal attributes: honesty, diligence, discipline, and a proactive attitude.
  • All genders are welcome to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of hygiene standards, waste segregation, and safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
  • Excellent time‑management skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
