To sustain our high standards, we are looking for a diligent Petugas House Keeping dan Resepsionis who can blend the responsibilities of front‑desk reception with the meticulous care of housekeeping. This dual‑role offers a unique opportunity to develop a comprehensive skill set in the hospitality industry while contributing directly to guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Greet all guests and residents with a friendly, courteous demeanor, ensuring first impressions are positive and professional.
  • Manage the complete check‑in and check‑out process, accurately recording guest information, payment details, and special requests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, corridors, lobby, and other public areas in accordance with company standards and health regulations.
  • Perform routine inspections of rooms and facilities, promptly reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or supply shortages to the engineering and purchasing teams.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special service requests (e.g., extra linens, room changes, local transportation) with prompt resolution and follow‑up.
  • Coordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure timely turnover of rooms, proper inventory of cleaning supplies, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate daily logs, shift reports, and incident records to support seamless handover between shifts.
  • Assist in the preparation of promotional materials and assist the front‑office manager during peak periods or special events.
  • Uphold a secure and orderly work environment by following fire‑safety, security, and emergency procedures.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on hospitality trends, guest service techniques, and hygiene standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Male candidates only; maximum age of 27 years.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in hospitality, front‑desk, or housekeeping roles.
  • Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Well‑groomed appearance and professional attire at all times.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with a customer‑focused attitude.
  • Basic administrative abilities: data entry, record‑keeping, and use of common office software.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties and lift moderate loads safely.
  • Problem‑solving mindset, capable of handling guest issues calmly and efficiently.
