Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Pramuniaga – Consumer Products Sales to join our fast‑growing retail team. This full‑time position is based in a high‑traffic storefront and offers the chance to work with a diverse customer base while driving sales of everyday consumer goods. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail‑oriented male aged 17‑25 who thrives in a team environment and possesses solid computer literacy. Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers, answering product inquiries, and providing tailored recommendations that increase basket size.
  • Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, process cash, credit, and mobile transactions, and ensure accurate cash reconciliation at the end of each shift.
  • Maintain optimal product presentation on shelves and displays, including restocking, price tagging, and rotating stock to minimize waste.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks, update the store management software, and report discrepancies to the store manager promptly.
  • Collaborate with fellow cashiers and sales associates to achieve daily and weekly sales targets, sharing best practices and cross‑selling opportunities.
  • Handle customer complaints or returns professionally, following company policies to preserve brand reputation and customer loyalty.
  • Participate in promotional events, product launches, and seasonal sales campaigns, ensuring all promotional materials are correctly displayed.
  • Provide input on merchandising layouts and suggest improvements based on shopper behavior and market trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Male candidates only, aged 17‑25 years, and not married.
  • At least a high school diploma; no prior experience required, though retail exposure is a plus.
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and familiarity with POS or inventory management systems.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers in a courteous and persuasive manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team, sharing responsibilities and supporting colleagues.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to work the scheduled shift of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
