Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Male Cleaning Officer to maintain a pristine and healthy environment within our corporate office premises. This full‑time position operates Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and offers the opportunity to join a professional team that values integrity, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our office by ensuring all common areas, workstations, kitchens, and restrooms are kept clean, safe, and presentable for employees and visitors alike.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine cleaning of office floors, carpets, and hard‑surface areas using appropriate tools and chemicals.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen, café, and restaurant‑style areas, including dishwashing, countertop sanitization, and waste segregation.
  • Clean and restock restrooms, ensuring soap dispensers, paper towels, and toilet paper are fully supplied.
  • Collect, sort, and dispose of recyclable and non‑recyclable waste in accordance with company sustainability policies.
  • Inspect and report any maintenance issues such as leaks, broken fixtures, or safety hazards to the facilities manager.
  • Follow a strict schedule for deep‑cleaning tasks, including carpet shampooing, window washing, and floor polishing on a rotating basis.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
  • Collaborate with other facilities staff to coordinate special cleaning projects for events, meetings, or office relocations.
  • Maintain accurate logs of cleaning activities and inventory of cleaning supplies.

Requirements

  • Male applicant, minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in cleaning or housekeeping, preferably in a kitchen, café, or restaurant environment.
  • Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and reliability in previous roles.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper usage, and safety procedures.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent time‑management skills with the capacity to work independently and follow detailed schedules.
  • Good communication skills to interact politely with staff, vendors, and visitors.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime during special events.
