Introduction

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Asisten Manajemen General Affair to join our dynamic team. This entry‑level position offers fresh graduates the chance to develop a solid foundation in general affairs, office administration, and document control within a fast‑growing organization. The role serves as the backbone of daily operations, ensuring that the office runs smoothly, files are meticulously organized, and communication flows seamlessly between departments and senior management.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring that all documents are accurately archived and easily retrievable.
  • Prepare, format, and distribute internal memos, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Assist the General Affairs Manager in coordinating office logistics, including meeting room reservations, supply ordering, and facility maintenance requests.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding activities by handling paperwork, preparing employee badges, and organizing orientation sessions.
  • Act as a liaison between staff and senior management, relaying instructions, gathering feedback, and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
  • Handle multiple concurrent assignments, prioritize work under tight deadlines, and remain adaptable to shifting priorities.
  • Identify and resolve minor operational issues, applying problem‑solving skills and taking initiative to suggest improvements.
  • Provide courteous and professional customer service to internal and external visitors, including managing reception duties when required.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies, especially those related to document retention, health & safety, and HR procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a diploma or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Age not exceeding 25 years.
  • Male candidates only (as specified by the client’s current staffing policy).
  • Strong command of written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia; basic English proficiency is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital filing systems.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail in archiving and document management.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving skills, quick responsiveness, and a high level of initiative.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work under pressure without compromising quality.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with supervisors, colleagues, and external partners.
