Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site visits to delinquent borrowers to negotiate repayment plans and collect outstanding installments.
- Perform cash or electronic withdrawals when required, following strict compliance and security protocols.
- Maintain accurate daily logs of all contacts, agreements, and collection outcomes using MS Office or Open Office tools.
- Identify early warning signs of potential defaults and report them to the credit management team for proactive intervention.
- Collaborate closely with the loan underwriting and customer service departments to resolve disputes and clarify contractual terms.
- Adhere to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and the legal framework governing debt collection in Indonesia.
- Provide feedback on recurring collection challenges to help refine internal policies and improve overall recovery rates.
- Participate in periodic training sessions, including the optional SPPI certification, to stay updated on best practices and regulatory changes.
- Represent the company with professionalism and courtesy, reinforcing a positive brand image during every interaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a background in finance, accounting, or business administration is advantageous.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a financing, banking, or collections environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Open Office, with the ability to generate clear reports and maintain organized records.
- Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills to assess borrower situations and devise realistic repayment solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, combined with a courteous and respectful demeanor.
- Demonstrated resilience and the capacity to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Male candidates only, as stipulated by the current operational requirements.
- Possession of an SPPI (Sertifikasi Penagihan Piutang Indonesia) certificate is a significant plus.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, 08:30 – 17:30, with occasional travel within the Lampung region.
