We are seeking a motivated Helper Administrasi Operasional to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Assist the operations supervisor with daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and preparing routine reports.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that office supplies and kitchen utensils are stocked and readily available.
- Support the kitchen staff by preparing simple meals, handling basic food‑prep duties, and adhering to hygiene standards.
- Coordinate internal communications, schedule meetings, and distribute agendas to relevant team members.
- Handle incoming phone calls and visitor inquiries with a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow, especially during peak operational periods.
- Monitor and log attendance, overtime, and shift changes for the operational team.
- Participate in routine safety checks and report any irregularities to the senior manager.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly operational plans and follow‑up on action items.
- Perform occasional errands such as courier pickups, document deliveries, and inventory audits.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or an equivalent diploma.
- Male candidates only, aged 30 years or younger.
- At least basic experience in cooking or food preparation is preferred.
- Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and polite conduct.
- Ability to work efficiently under time pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent teamwork skills and a willingness to assist colleagues whenever needed.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools.
- Good verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language ability is a plus.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights during kitchen duties.
