Introduction
The Senior Sales Executive – Corporate Accounts is a pivotal role within our dynamic sales organization, focused on driving revenue growth through strategic engagement with corporate clients. Based in the heart of Jakarta, the successful candidate will lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting and canvassing to closing deals and managing post‑sale invoicing. Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive canvassing activities to identify and qualify new corporate accounts within the safety and construction sectors.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that articulate product value, compliance benefits, and cost‑effectiveness.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing structures, and service level agreements while maintaining profitability targets.
- Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, from initial contact through proposal, agreement, and final contract signing.
- Coordinate with internal teams—such as operations, logistics, and finance—to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely invoicing.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices, ensuring accurate and prompt collections.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Provide regular market feedback and competitive intelligence to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Uphold company standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates of any age are welcome.
- Gender: Male (as specified by client requirements).
- Experience: At least 2 years of proven success in sales, preferably within the safety equipment or building materials industry.
- Key Skills: Strong negotiation and presentation abilities, excellent communication, and persuasive selling techniques.

- Location: Must be willing to work from our Jakarta Pusat office.
- Work Schedule: Standard business hours, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for client meetings as needed.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic accounting principles for billing processes.
